Many visit this place to ask from Allah (swt) with the Waseela of 14 Masoomeen (as) (Muhammad, Fathima & 12 Imams). On the ocassion of Idd e Ghadeer 13 Rajjab, the Idd e Ghadeer Procession takes place every year on 14th of Rajjab in Pallavaram. The Shia Community in and around Tamil Nadu gather there to celebrate the ocassion in a grand manner. This Baargah is in Old Pallavaram and it is on the Mountain, the word "Pahaad" in urdu means Mountain, so it is called as "Moula Ka Pahaad" which means Mountain Of Moula Ali (as). Not only Shias but also our Sunni Brothers and Sisters gather here to present their Haajaat (Wishes). There is a Masjid which is attached to the Baargah and it is known as Moula Ali Masjid and Moulana Alamdhar Hussain Saahib is the Imam e Jamaat there.
